I have been working at J. C. Penney part-time
I’ve worked for JCP for less than 3 weeks and I love it. The team is very welcoming and helpful
They have the worst “training” if you can even call it that. They don’t teach you how to work the registers or anything they just throw you to the floor and say good luck. I had to learn from my coworkers how to do everything and they really push credit card applications but they never thought me how to do them I had to ask 3 coworkers for help.
Advice to Management
Have better training for new employees don’t just tell them to go to the registers and help.
